Hello!
In last blog, I’ve displayed photos taken in the down of the day. This time, photos taken at the end of the day. Yet again I was lucky to be at the right place at the right time, and again I had an interesting situation on the sky. It didn’t look like that in first, though.

As you can see on this panorama, nothing special was happening on the sky. At that time.

This is a remake of the photo taken last year, but now the clouds are more interesting, and I have a person on the path!

As you can see on this HDR photo, something was rolling on the sky.

I went down to the south shore of the island where there is no land down to Italy, couple hundred of kilometers away. So, sea is merciless here on the nice day, I can only imagine how it looks when there is a real winter storm. This catamaran was at the right place to be bathed in this golden sun light that still found it’s way trough dark clouds.

I’ve found this small cloud light by descending sun interesting as contrast to big dark sky and sea.

If you look closely above the horizon, you will see a cloud formation that was speeding across the sky towards the island. There wasn’t lightning nor the rain, but for sure it did look interesting.

I think this panorama shows the cloud formation in more detail. I don’t have an idea what’s it’s called, but I do know that it flew over me in maybe ten minutes, and as it passed over the wind pick up the speed and brought some cooler air, but nothing more.

Black sea?

One long, but really long exposure.

Cloudy-watery.
And as cloud formation went away, sky started to clear and got some orange shades of dusk.

And that’s that! Thank you for visiting, don’t be a shame to write me a comment in a field below, or share this blog with your friends using the tool below this post.
